a) Merchandise: We offer a range of products including t-shirts and cigars for sale on our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following policies:

i) Refund Policy: We strictly adhere to a no-refund policy for merchandise that has been used or after 5 days of purchase. Exchanges are only allowed within 5 days of purchase and must be in new and unused condition.

ii) Shipping and Delivery: We strive to deliver our products in a timely manner. However, we do not guarantee delivery dates as they depend on various factors outside our control.

b) Cigar Party Bus Booking: We also offer booking services for our cigar party bus. By making a reservation, you agree to be bound by the following policies:

i) Cancellation and Refund Policy: Reservations can only be canceled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking time, with a full refund. Reservation Deposits are Non-Refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled booking time are non-refundable.

ii) Changes to Booking: We understand that plans may change. Therefore, changes to the date, time, or number of guests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled booking. Changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time may be subject to availability.

iii) Deposits are NON-refundable as the date and time will be removed from the website once a customer books and pays their deposit online. We will, however, make every effort to accommodate a new date for the customer as needed.

3. License to Access

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our website solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

a) Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Urban Ash Cigars & Hookahs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property rights laws.
